Hi, I am Ali...

If we haven't met before, let me begin by introducing myself... 

I am a Holistic Wellness Coach, Reiki Master- Teacher, & Intuitive. 
 
I have been in the healing & wellness industry since 1999.  Over the past 24 years I have had the privilege of helping women to release energetic blocks holding them back from stepping into their most powerful self & manifesting the life & business that they most desire & deserve. 

There have been times throughout my own personal journey when I had a vision for what I wanted my business & life to look like, but I didn't know how to get there.  I had a voice inside pulling me to change directions or step into my purpose in a new way, but the overthinking, second-guessing myself, & internal fears would often stop me from taking the action needed to make it happen. 

I was hopping from one strategy to the next,  searching for something outside of myself,  instead of looking within and connecting to my own inner-wisdom which always had the answers.  I didn't trust myself to make the right decisions, so I often gave my power away to coaches or other "experts" believing that they knew better than I did. 
There have also been times when I felt stuck or at a crossroads and I didn't know how to find the clarity that I was looking for, so it caused me to feel anxious, overwhelmed, and ungrounded.  My emotions were all over the place & the internal chaos was showing up in my relationships, my health, & my bank account. 

 Once I learned how to shift my energetic vibration & quiet the noise in my head so that I could make space for my inner-voice to guide me, everything changed. Once I learned how to connect with divine guidance around me and trust that where I was being led was ultimately the path to manifest what I wanted as long as I took steps, everything changed. 

I have not only healed my own mind & body from a disabling autoimmune condition that I was told was impossible to heal from,  but I have created multiple thriving businesses, relationships, & opportunities all using the same manifestation methods that I have taught thousands of people for the past 24 years.
